What is your self-pay rate?

My private pay rate for individuals is $135 for a 55 minute session.

My private pay rate for couples is $150 for a 55 minute session.

What types of therapeutic approaches do you use?

I am a person-centered therapist who uniquely tailors my approach to the specific needs of each client I see. I am trained in Strength-based, solution focused therapy, IFS (Internal Family Systems), DBT, and TBRI for children in crisis and their families. At the heart of my approach is genuine compassion and flexibility to meet each of my clients where they are at.
